Lovely Statue This is a beautiful statue of Mary holding Jesus as a baby. Made of rosin, painted to look like wood. I wanted something nice to display in my home without the fear of my young children (4yrs and 2yrs) breaking it. They love to hold it and give it hugs and kisses. I have a feeling it will last for many years to come. December 24, 2012

Wish I Bought More I bought 2 of these, but wish I'd bought more to give away as gifts. My fear was that it would look cheap since it is resin, not wood, but it doesn't at all. No flaws on the face of Mary, like someone else mentioned. Love it and will display it for years to come. December 13, 2010

Lovely I really like the artistic design of this figurine. It makes you feel the miracle of the maternal instinct! My only complaint is there's a slight flaw in the paint on top of the baby's head. It was still definitely worth the price. December 3, 2010
