Plastic Coins...simple
I purchased these to use for a winter carnival. I placed them inside balloons, kids pulled a balloon out of a stocking, popped the balloon and won the coin. Not sure why customers thought they were candy, it says plastic. It is a pretty solid coin too. The colors are a little duller, but you can tell by the picture that those coins are very bright. Fine product would purchase again.

Wrong color
I'm not sure where the company gets off using the "smaple" coins shown on-line and/or in their catalog. The colors they depict or BRIGHT, SHINY reds, greens, golds....but in reality, the colors are not even CLOSE and the molding is almost like a copy of a copy of a copied copy.
I wouldn't mind paying a higher price for a better coin. There are "burrs" left on the coins that might scratch little fingers or hands, so if you order them, you might consider sanding down the rough edges.

Coins were more naughty than nice
I misread the catalog and thought these were candy coins - they were just plastic coins - not OTC's fault just mine for misreading. BUT - the colors are WAY off than what was pictured. They were more turquoise, pink and yellow than they were Red Green and Gold.. obviously not well made they showed signs of the paint coming off before they were out of the package.
