Great Carnival Purchase We have purchased these for the past several years as a ticket redemtion item for our school carnival. They are always a big hit. Kids love anything you can wear at the carnival. May 6, 2011

Too Light Weight We got these for a sweet 16 swing dance. They were ok but not great. The plastic they are made of was so flimsy they didn't always stay on well. They were most fun for the little kids. January 28, 2013

Great for my safari theme I have a bulletin board with a leopard spot wrapping paper as background. My caption is "Hunting for Helpers". I have listed the jobs in my classroom. On the students' first day I will have each of them choose a hat. I will take their picture. I will print out their pictures on my computer and laminate. I will post their picture by their job and change them each month or so. The kids love seeing their pictures. It makes a handy chart, goes with the safari theme in my room this year. The hat will be a fun "door prize" now. I can give them the photo at the end of the year to take home as a keepsake. I liked the pith helmets but I can't afford 17 of them. These were affordable.
