Fun Project
This project went very well with the children and adults. Everyone had a great time and it looks like it is going to be very cute once put together. Just wish there had been some instructions or a picture showing how it should be tied together.

creative/heart felt
i got this for my sons' preschool class, I had each kid decorate two squares and I assembled them together at home. It did take some time but I can honestly say I am sooo excited to see the teachers' face when the kids give it to her at the christmas party. Thank you, very clever.

Great Idea, needs small improvements
The idea is great, but a couple of improvements are needed. First, at a minimum, we need instructions for tying the quilt together. It seems like a no-brainer, but it isn't, and I'm not happy with what we finally decided to do: thread the ribbon consecutively through all 4 holes and tie the ribbon ends together. Next, the ribbons should be slightly longer. If you thread the ribbons through 4 corners, there is not enough ribbon to tie a little bow, only a knot. If you really want to make the product high quality, and worth the price, I'd put little grommets in the corner instead of just cutting an X - the squares would last much longer and look more attractive. Finally, if you are going to use the colored quilt squares, be aware that the fabric markers won't show up as the proper colors. Better to use white squares with the fabric markers.

Cute idea, kids loved it....The teacher loved it

Quilts
My son's Kindergarten class did this quilt for their
teacher. She loved it! The kids had such a wonderful time
creating something that was their own design. We were able to iron a
picture of the whole class to the canvas. We are going to make another
one for the 1st grade teacher. I must say that the customer service was
excellent when I called. Directions on assembly need to be enclosed.

disappointed
Nice idea, but it would have been nice if you'd have included instructions on how to assemle the quilt after you decoracte the squares.
