Palmer¿¿ Dr. Scab's Monster Lab Chocolates
Topic of conversation
There's a very exclusive grocery store in Houston, TX called Central Market and it sells these chocolates in a giant barrel/bin during the month of October. You wouldn't believe how much I've paid for these in the past. You have to buy them by the pound! I was THRILLED to find them at Oriental Trading. I always have a bowl of them on my coffee table during the season and they are always the topic of conversation. The adults AND the kids love them. They actually taste good, too.

Not enough ears!
My package came with one hairy ear that was broken- they are the best tasting! Someone needs to alert the manufacturer! They do look cool and taste pretty good!

Pretty good shapes, not so good chocolate
The shapes were pretty good, the details on the wrap also pretty good, the chocolate was just more waxy than I would have gotten. Then again, I suppose novelty candy just seems to automatically mean poor quality.

LOVE these candies!!
I think these are the coolest chocolates! After you take off the paper the chocolate still has a great imprint/impression of the "body part". Most of the time these kinds of chocolates don't taste very good but these were great!! I ate a few myself just to test them...:) I would definitely buy again - wish there were more of the hairy ears in the bag!

Tasty & Fun
My entire family loves this selection of chocolate parts. My husband loves the taste while my children love the taste and the shapes. It isn't cheap, but I needed to spend that amount to qualify for free shipping...you know how it goes!

FUN FUN for HALLOWEEN
I buy this fun candy mix each year for Halloween. The chocolate is a bit waxy but the fun shapes, gross-out foil coverings, and pure shock value out-weigh the cheap chocolate. I adore the peanut butter filled lips and when rations are getting low, the yucky hairy ear has satisfying crispies!
I live in AZ and only once had an issue with the chocolates melting while in transit. I called oriental trading and they offered a credit.
