Take a chain necklace (or bracelet) and break it into three pieces: a 3" piece, a 2 1/2" piece that includes the clasp and whatever amount is left over.2. Cut a 4" piece of wire and put a crimp bead on one end. Thread that end through the last chain link opposite the clasp and then back through the crimp bead to form a loop of wire around the link. Crimp the bead closed and clip the excess wire.3. String on a small, round blue bead, a white bead and a red bead. Then a blue star bead, a white star bead and a red star bead.4. Put a crimp bead on.
