Mom favorite
Bought this as well as several other projects for a cub scout pack meeting.. all of the projects turned out great! I read other reviews of the packets missing pieces, to I made sure to go out and buy extra pieces just in case¿¿¿ but we had all of the pieces we needed.

Penguin Ornaments
This was a really cute craft for the kids. However, because it required glue and the pieces are small, fingers get sticky. Additionally, there were MANY packets that didn't have all the pieces. It's hard to explain to a 4 year old why they have to have a penguin with no eyes!

Not for impatient kids
This craft is cute enough, but it cannot be put together with glue. Plan to have glue dots to assemble it. The sales price was fair, but not really worth the purchase. :(

Great Craft!
These penguins are cute! Directions included are easy to understand. My 8 year old put her craft together on her own. Be sure to check each package for all the pieces; some of our packages were missing (important) parts!

Great Kids' craft
I purchased these great little kits for a craft workshop at my church...we had a complex craft for families & needed something simple for the little ones. This was perfect! Very cute, larger than the picture makes it seem so easy for little hands to make. The only down side is that the string used as a loop for hanging this is a slippery material and doesn't absorb glue well, so needs to be clamped somehow while the glue dries or it will fall off. The kids loved these, though, and the price was fantastic!

Great project for 5-7 yr. olds
My 4 year and I had a blast making these for Christmas gifts last year. The parts are in many different colors so he liked being able to make different looking ones for everyone. A lot of small parts so I did have to help him with some parts. School age children would probably be able to do it by themselves.
Sturdy craft and there were no missing parts. (Note for foam crafts without adhesive....just save yourself the bugging of your youngsters wanting to know if the glue is dry yet and purchase the mini glue dots! They work great with no sticky fingers and no dry time)

Easy craft
Not exactly what I was expecting (I clearly didn't read the description well the first time around). But cute little craft. Probably more likely to use as gift tags and not Christmas tree ornaments which I originally planned for. Worth the clearance price I paid.

Great puchase
This was a great project for my high school classroom as a fun way to have a lesson in following directions in the week leading up to Christmas vacation. I would recommend buying glue dots to use with this project as sometimes the glue did not dry fast enough for the class period. The kids loved doing the project.

Too Many Parts Missing
Purchased this along with two other foam craft projects for my three sessions of preschooler students to make...unlike the other projects, this one was missing a lot of pieces. I have purchased projects from O.T. many times and have never experienced this problem to this extent. Usually I can use the pieces from the "extra parts" bag....but the extra parts bag only contained 1 cheek and 1 beak piece! One of the penguin heads had a hole right in the center! I haven't finished the project yet...I'm hoping that there will be enough parts for my whole class to make one each!
