Personalized Heart-Shaped Tulip Stepping-Stone
Keeping a family tradition going!
I already have 12 of these garden stones for each of my grandchildren. Now I can continue this tradition with a new one for my first great grandchild.

When your company personalized the stepping stones, you erased the paint around the names too much making the stone look faded and old. The painted flowers on the rim of the stone were then too bright in contrast. Names did not show up well.

4 of 6 were damaged or defective.
I have purchased these stepping stones for over 12 years to commemorate lost pets. This is the first time that the stones keep arriving chipped. I purchased three -- 2 of them arrived chipped. When the replacements came, 1 was defective, a huge bumpy smear in the center. When this replacement came again, the leaves were once again chipped. The time & effort spent packing, unpacking, shipping, & calling OTC for the replacements was SO NOT worth it. Very disappointing.

The item looked much prettier in the photos. The lettering was not impressive.

lettering very faint
2 of the 8 stones I purchased were chipped but well packed therefore were chipped before packing. Lettering is a tan color and hard to see in garden. Very disappointed as I have purchased 16 others in the past and was very pleased. Would not purchase these again.

You don't always get what you want
These stones are BEAUTIFUL in the picture! However...when they arrived tonight... they are green stones with purple flowers and gold personalization. SOOOOOOOOOOO UGLY! I bought four of these with different personalizations as Christmas gifts - now what?!?! I'll definitely be sending back for a refund and guess I'll be out shopping tonight for those "last minute gifts". Definitely not happy right now. See my picture of product below.

Purchased this for my Grandma's garden, as a gift. I was glad to see that the quality and appearance looked just as the picture showed.
