Quality Control Poor
The first time the personalized napkins were ordered, the date was printed wrong. Customer service was very helpful and reordered them at no cost to me. The second batch the silver ink was not completely printed on 2 of the 3 sets. Again, customer service was very nice and reordered for me. Can't wait to see what this next batch will look like. Quality control is poor on reviewing the product before sending out.
