I was VERY dissapointed in this product. It was extremly small and cheaply made. The material was practically see-through. I had bought personalized red drawstring bags last year that were great, so when I made the order this year, I was expecting the same product. To my dismay, these were completly different. I called to complain and had a GREAT experience with Amanda, the OTC rep. She sent me a return label and promised to return my money. I look forward to getting my return and will continue to order from OTC.

Too Small
Pay close attention to the dimensions of these bags. They were much too small for our use. Also, they are made from cotton and won't wear well. Buyer beware!!

Disappointed
I was very disappointed in this item. They are SUPER small. My two year old son couldnt put this on this back as a backpack. So they shouldnt be called a backpack AT ALL! On top of that they are made out of super thin material. I just was REALLY disappointed in this purchase. We arent even sure what to do with these now.

Poor quality and small
I am disappointed in these bags. Very thin material, rips easily and much smaller than I expected. Instead of using them as backpacks they will have to be used as giftbags.

Not worth the price
The bags came really fast even with the personalization, but they were made in very thin poly cotton material and in the size of a shoe bag. For almost $3 a bag, it is not a good purchase. I am embarassed to give them out as a promotion.

disappointed in quality
The fabric on these bags is extremely thin and flimsy. The most upsetting was the fact that the stitching is lousey! Where the fabric is sewn together it has a tendency to tear apart and some aren't even stitched at all. I bought these for a family reunion to give to family members. I'm rather embarassed to give something so cheap looking with poor quality.
The good thing is the personalized writing is good and I got them in good time.

Bags
Nice bags, but they were smaller than we had thought they would be. Some of the guys had problems putting it over their shoulders.
