I get these for teacher gifts.
I got these for my son's teachers as an end of the year gift. I had "Return to (teacher's name)" put on them. I also got the matching pencil cap erasers. I wish I had gotten them at the beginning of the year. I have already ordered a set for his new teacher this year. The personalization on them really stood out compared to some other ones that I have ordered. I will definately be buying these again.

Fun for family reunion
When our family (6 children and spouses and 24 grandchildren) had a reunion in August in Utah, we so wanted to be part of it because we're here in Albania on a humanitarian mission. It was such fun ordering things including these personalized pencils, pinwheels to make, coloring pens, bracelets, photo frames, bug boxes. We limited ourselves to a budget. Thanks for making this fun for all our family and us.

disappointed
words not readable on most pencils

Disappointing Purchase
I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw our name barely readable on these pencils. It appears that the name is burned into the pencil with no ink applied. We are handing these out during a community parade and are very disappointed that our name is not visable. I guess it is true...you recieve what you pay for. I would hesitate before ordering again.

My daughter loves them, I would too if the quality was just a little better
I bought all of my daughter's school supplies online this year. As Oriental Trading company does awesome personalized pencils we thought we would get her school pencils for the year here. The pencils look pretty good, though the writing color is really a little light. They would be much better off to switch to Black writing on neon colored pencils. My only concern was that as we sharpened 10 of them to start off the school we had 30% "fail". In other words, 3 of the pencils didn't sharpen correctly (lead not centered, wood seemed extra soft on one.) I'm hoping the overall failure rate isn't so high.

Great stocking stuffers
I bought these for my elementary aged grandchildren to put in their stockings at Christmas. I love them. They'll love having the pencils with their names on them.

Personalized Pencils
The pencils are good quality. Wish you could choose just one color instead of only having the option of "assorted colors". On the darker colors, it is more difficult to see the personalized inscription.
