Great deal -- not bad quality!
After reading the reviews, I thought these balloons would be awful, but they were too cheap to pass up! Turns out, they filled beautifully. The dog balloons only stayed "full" about 24 hours, though, compared to typical mylar balloons that last a week or two or more. When I pulled them down, I noticed small tears, so if I had examined them more closely, I would have covered those with clear tape and they probably would have stayed full longer. The local party store filled them for $1 each -- I was thrilled to not have to pay $20 - $30 for a helium tank. I thought the price was too good to be true and expected to be disappointed, but was not. We got three great balloons for the party, plus the added bonus of colored mylar balloons, a balloon weight, and the curling ribbon! GREAT deal!!!

Worse purchase ever from Oriental
balloons EXPLODED while filling and I have used this same helium tank for 200 balloons (big commercial type helium tank) every one had a partial tear or was so thin that it could not hold the air - sad thing is that by the time you have the balloons blown up it is too late and you can't get anymore Ihave spent hundreds with oriental trading through the years and should get reimb for these and the should stop selling them - I though how can balloons really be that bad so I didn't read reviews MISTAKE

Price Great, Quality Not So Great
We got these for my daughters 5th birthday, 1 of the balloons with the puppies on it popped half way filled in the store, one popped during the party and the third popped the next day.
The plain blue ones are still partly filled.

wish I would have read reviews first
the balloons were stuck together at the end where you need to fill with helium. I had to pull them apart then try to glue them together to get the helium to stay inside. BUYER BEWARE!

Don't waste your money
My dd insisted on having these for her party. When I took them to be blown up 2 of the puppy balloons and one of the blue ones didn't hold air. Then even the ones that did hold air were deflating by the afternoon. The weight that comes with them lacks the little platic hoop on top to tie the balloons to also.

Cheap Balloons
I thought I was getting a great deal when I purchased these mylar balloons. The problem is that when I went to put helium in them, three of the five balloons had tears in them. Therfore, I only used 2 balloons. They are very cheaply made. What a dissappointment!!
