Pleased with product
I use these ribbons and breast cancer awareness beads to make jewelry and chimes for friends. Cancer survivors and families, friends cherish knowing others support the fight.

Inconsistent Color
I bought two sets and when they arrived, it was clear, one set has a bright bubblegum pink color and the other is a pale pale pink. When I use these, I will have to use one or the other . If I do them both, the ones that are pale pink will look like rejects.

Will never purchase again
Have purchase the pink ribbon charms before & they were good but this shipment was terrible. Just the pink ones were bad, the enamel did not cover the entire piece; there were marks on most of them so can¿¿¿t be used. I do like the blank ones. Will not buy again. :( ¿¿¿ Rest of my large order was great.

Photo is misleading. Should have read the reviews first.
Wish I would have read the reviews. Like everyone else, I thought I was getting all pink ribbons. Only 1/2 are pink, the rest are plain silver. The photo is of the pink ribbon and the back of the pink ribbon. The silver ribbons are just the pink ribbon with no pink. Wish OTC would fix this problem.

Not as described
I was shocked to find out that half the order was plain ribbons. The description was not very clear. The pink ones were for the most part OK. Some had the enamel on the back or covering the borders.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

Half & Half...Disappointed
The charms are very cute in the picture displayed, but are not exactly what you think you are ordering. 18 charms come like the picture shows. Pink on one side, and silver with texture on the other. The other 18 charms are the silver textured on one side, and silver polished as though they forgot to inlay the pink enamel. I called to voice my disappointment as the description doesn't note the 18/18 split, and my customer service rep was very kind in resolving my problem. Still just a little disappointed since this my first time ever ordering from Oriental Trading.
