great for anxiety release in children with autism
My students can be a bit tough on sensory items...these are in expensive enough for it.

we handed these out in goody bags for my little boy's birthday. The kids liked them but the colors bled into one another.

Not Jumbo, Not Soft, Icky Color Bleeding
My first disappointment with Oriental Trading. These are hard porcupine balls, not fun to throw and catch. They are also quite small (I should have measured 2-1/4 inches on a ruler, but I didn't). Also, the colors of adjacent balls blended, so the yellow ones packed next to the blue ones had a nasty smear of dark color -- so much so that one child I offered it to actually shrank away and refused it, Oh well, live and learn.

Nothing jumbo about these balls. Not what we were expecting at all. How can 2 1/2 inches be JUMBO????

Not what I thought
I thought these would be soft, but instead they were hard. Granddaughter is 2 and she won't like them.
