Step 1: Using a large green foam sheet, cut out the shape of a stem. Place stem at top middle of bulletin board.
Step 2: Inflate 36 orange balloons for a large bulletin board (you may want to inflate 2 dozen or so at first and then see how many more you will need).
Step 3: Arrange the balloons on the bulletin board to create the shape of a pumpkin.
