Red Striped & Polka Dot Pennant Banner
this is very cute and festive, but not meant to be outside, we made that mistake and there was a little moisture in the air and it just kinda fell apart in one afternoon- outdoor one-time use I guess, probably longer lasting if used indoors

These were super cute. You can choose whether you want to have all polka dot pennants, or you can turn it around and have the pennant design alternate between stripes and polka-dots. My only con with these is that they are mounted on a fishing line type material and they want to slide around a bit on the string. Also, because it's such a thin string, it's kinda hard to just use tape to hang it up. Other than that, it's great!

I ordered 3 of these for my child's birthday party. I wanted a "homemade" look but I'm not crafty, so I was thrilled there was a paper option, as opposed to just plastic banners. I originally went to purchase the blue version, but after reading the review saying it was purple, not blue, I went with the red. When it came it was indeed red, however, I assumed that "paper" would be more like card stock. It's cardboard. Cardboard triangles that are strung with fishing line. Some of the triangles weren't glued together properly so there were brown edges showing, & the points on some of the pennants were smashed up & peeling apart. Overall, it's useable, but I was expecting something a little nicer.
