Great for political events I bought a couple dozen of these just for the heck of it and now the volunteers are wearing them for events. They're inexpensive, lightweight, cute and will fit practically any adult head. Ladies like them because they're so lightweight they don't smash your hair down. Melting a few holes just above the band helps because they get very warm if you wear them for very long as does any plastic headgear. They are large and you may have to glue a felt band inside for people with smaller heads or not too much hair. lol Very satisfied with this purchase and the service from Oriental Trading is, as always, incomparable. These look great for Patriotic events Used them for Adult Dance Group Patriotic Tap dance numbers They look fantastic. I lined the brim with white poster board for more durability so they will last a lot longer. They look as good as the expenseive styrofoam skimmers that cost 4 times as much and they won't turn yellow. Love 'em. June 29, 2012
