Horrible I bought this balloons for a booth at a carnival for students with special needs. I have ordered from oriental before but I was so upset with these balloons. Over half of them had holes or pop immediately after even a tiny bit of air when put in. Also the dye from the balloons came off on the people's hands and clothing. Red balloons no more. I had to go out and buy all new balloons. Huge disappointment and waste of money!!!! March 8, 2013

How do you rate a balloon? I did not read the description carefully enough to realize that I was ordering 5" balloons (all the others I ordered were 10") - That being said, the 5" balloons served my purpose better than the large ones. We were doing watermelon parties, and the red balloons were to be for a water balloon toss...so, the small ones turned out to be better for the intended purpose. There were several that had pin holes in them so that when I tried to fill them with water, the water sprayed my kitchen when filling them. July 9, 2012
