These fans are pretty but made of extremely fragile paper. They do look like their picture; however, they're printed only on one side! The description says 10" handle, but when the fan's opened up, the handle is only 5", which is not at all long enough to stick down into any kind of support to make the lovely centerpieces shown in the project picture. The best support is from wet sand in votive holders, as shown. I bought these to make centerpieces, 3 per table for a dance & spent a LOT of money for the other materials to complete the project.

Great for the Price
I bought these for a birthday party....you get what you pay for good for the price! They brake easily but I expected that when I purchased them. The kids loved them well they lasted!

Cute idea....but many broke or ripped before kids even left party. Party was for children between 4-8 yrs old.

Safari Print Fans
Good for all ages but just a few did not hold up pretty well.. I think the dsicount price was best for this product.

16 of the 72 fans were defective straight out of the order. Design was nice but overall the product did not hold up.

As long as you know how to open this kind of folding fan, it works fine. Maybe not for young children because of how it works. Otherwise, it is a fine-working fan for a party!

I bought these for a Children's Fair at our school. I would say that over 75% of the kids returned them immediately because they broke as soon as they tried to use them. Not worth it at all!
