Cut it apart! I have had these for a few years wondering how in the world i would use all my embellishments in this board book that has no give. I finally had the idea to cut it apart with an exacto knife to scrap it how I want. I gave it as a gift so I dont have a picture but I used embellishments, ribbon and all and punched a hole in the left top corner and used a ring to put it together. I loved it! I'm here to buy more! JUST CUT IT APART January 2, 2010

Terrible I did not like these at all. Cute idea... and was about to order more with my next purchase as they are so cheap. But then thought I should try one out before ordering more... you get what you pay for. The binding does not stay together well. if you try to open the pages all the way, it tears and once you start to add your scrapbook paper, etc., it won't close all the way again. There's a reason they're on clearance. Another customer suggests cutting the binding and punching holes. I might try that with the rest I have. March 26, 2011

Not good at all! I bought these to make x-mas gifts and when I started to apply paper and embellishments the spine of the book tore apart. You can not even open the pages all the way to open the book and turn the pages... Not happy at all. So I cut off the spine and punched holes to use colored binder rings. That worked out alright, but not exactly what I wanted to do. Will not buy these again. September 4, 2010

skinny chipboard albums This item that i purchased actually to make as a christmas present for a famil members. In attaching scrapbooking stickers and pictures the book started separating by the joints. even iwth taping the joint wasn't hleping. We did not wet the book and found by using emlers glue would have the cardboard bow. we decided to use stick glue but in doing that it would cause the pages to stick together being careful how much and to make sure not to go over the picture size. i would not recommend anyone to buy this scrapbook item as it is pure garbage!
