3 Skinny Chipboard Albums
I needed 6 small chip board albums for a craft at my daughter's birthday party. We took pictures during the party and the last 20 min. of the party the kids scrapbooked the event to take home. These served the purpose fine because I took another reviewer's suggestion and cut them apart, punched a hole in the corner, and attached a circle binding clip. This method allowed me to create 6 albums out of the original 3. I couldn't find anything equivalent for the price. If you need cheap chip board albums and you don't mind manipulating them a little then I recommend these. Also, before I cut them apart I tested them for how well they worked bound and they seemed o.k. - not falling apart. However you would not be able to add thick embellishments if you kept bound as other reviewers noted.

I did not like these at all. Cute idea... and was about to order more with my next purchase as they are so cheap. But then thought I should try one out before ordering more... you get what you pay for. The binding does not stay together well. if you try to open the pages all the way, it tears and once you start to add your scrapbook paper, etc., it won't close all the way again. There's a reason they're on clearance. Another customer suggests cutting the binding and punching holes. I might try that with the rest I have.

Not good at all!
I bought these to make x-mas gifts and when I started to apply paper and embellishments the spine of the book tore apart. You can not even open the pages all the way to open the book and turn the pages... Not happy at all.
So I cut off the spine and punched holes to use colored binder rings. That worked out alright, but not exactly what I wanted to do. Will not buy these again.
