Tough to keep it together Although this product is cute, it was very difficult to get the glue to hold the foam pieces together, especially the sled runners. I would NOT recommend this item. Normally, I've had good luck with these type of little projects but can't really say good things about this one. December 27, 2012

Cute Kids Craft These turned out really cute. I bought them for my kids to make as gifts for their grandparents. Only problem was I had to help a lot and I would have liked it it was something they could make on their own and be able to say that they made it without mom's help but we used my hot glue gun so that is why they needed my help. If they had some kind of sticky tape that came with it that might have worked so I wouldn't have needed the glue gun. In the end they turned out really cute and the grandparents liked them. Too hard for kids to do without a lot of help This craft has too much gluing and requires too much help from an adult. Our kit was missing the nose. I don't know if the other sets had any issues. This kit is not suitable for a children's X-mas party -- it would take too much assistance and time to complete. December 22, 2012

Cute My original intention was to make these with my grandkids. After looking at all the pieces, I pre-assembled parts of the kit and the kids helped me finish them. It works best to let the glue dry between steps. My biggest complaint is that the foam pieces came bent. Sled runners turn out really wonky. I had to press the cracker/chocolate pieces under a book overnight to straighten them out. I used tacky glue for most of the parts and small glue dots to attach the buttons and the scarf ends. Reasonably priced enough that we made these for all 25 family members. Bonus-all kits had all pieces. That didn't always happen with past purchases. December 20, 2012

So-So Most packs were missing something, which others had in it but Had to do a lot of piece switching to get them all put together. One set a got only had 11 in the pack and not a full dozen, kind of made me mad to have to keep looking for extra pieces so the kids could finish their craft. December 17, 2012

Nice and easy to make I bought this for my second grader. He is learning the principles of entreprenuership (supply, demand..). He has to come up with a product that his classmates would like to buy (scholar dollars, not real money), and because its christmas season we decided to go with the marshmallow man. My son and I work on putting together the craft, we used a hot glue gun (other reviews suggested it) instead of regular glue and it worked perfectly. So far every craft has had all the pieces, some faces are not symmetrical but they still look very nice when the craft is finished. I am very happy with this purchase! December 15, 2012
