Cute, but fragile
I used these as part of the party favors I passed out for a birthday party. The kids LOVED them. However, some of them popped (well, leaked is a better descriptive) shortly after being opened and thrown a few times. They make a nice, flat splat when you throw them against glass. They are great while they last!

They are very cute but as soon as you splat them a few times the paint all comes off and it gets stretched out. They usually burst on the floor after about 10 splats.

Poor Quality
I bought these for my twins' class. They loved them for the very brief period that they lasted. The plastic is very thin and the water breaks out of them after a few 'splats'. Glad they weren't too expensive as they didn't last long!

I purchased these balls twice and was very happy with them. The first set was excellent and such a big hit with my nieces and nephews (aged 3-15) that I bought another box right after Christmas. The second set did have a strong smell at first, similar to spray paint, but that faded after I opened the bags and let them air out. The faces were also a little less exact but it didn't seem to bother anyone who played with them.
None of them were broken when they arrived although a few did pop after being played with for a while. I thought they were easy enough to clean up.
They do get dirty pretty quickly, especially when they're tossed on the ground. I found out that rinsing them under warm water not only cleaned them, it seemed to restore the stickiness as well, at least for awhile. I'm hoping they come back in stock as I've already had people asking if I'd be giving them again this year.

very poor quality
I got these for stocking stuffers...within 2 hours several had sprung a leak and the nasty plastic smelling water was dripping out all over the place. They were also so sticky that they couldn't be put down on anything. By the time they were leaking, they were covered with lint, etc. I put them all in the trash.

Disappointing
Three of these were broken when I received them which means that water was all over the box. Yuck!
