We donated this set of paints with the CNY sun catchers, paint brushes and the "12 perfect for paint palettes" to our daughters third grade class for a project. The kids had fun with it. The paints are deep pretty colors. The kids used the "12 perfect for paint palettes" (IN-56/3019), a place to put a little paint at a time while working on the project, so that each table had enough paint but could also share the different colors of paint without having to get up and move the paint to each table. There are enough colors in this set for everyone's taste.

Poor Quality, DO NOT BUY
Received 2 orders of the paints for a classroom. Paints were one big glob, dried up paint. SMELL is STRONG for small kids, DO NOT BUY,

Good Purchase
I used these sun catcher paints to do stained art with 1-4 graders. All of the paints I could find which were actually made for stained glass took more time to dry than I could afford in my craft class. The sun catcher paints were a good alternative and worked well for this project.

Disappointing
Bought 2 sets of this item. Luckily for me the paints that didn't work in one set worked in the other. Also they're not the easiest to work with.

Product good, but hard to clean up
The paint itself worked well on the suncatchers. There were also a very nice assortment of colors. But these paints were VERY difficult to clean up from our paint trays. They also smelled TERRIBLE. If I order suncatcher paint again, I will probably purchase another type of suncatcher paint that is available through OTC.

DO NOT BUY!
When I received this paint kit, it did not include the brushes. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out another set. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! That being said, I then used these paints. TERRIBLE! They are very poor quality. You don't even get an even brush stroke without the paint literally wiping off. I had to "dot" the paint on in order to see any color and that made the paint and project look awful!! Perhaps the more expensive paints are better, but it's too late for my class project. DO NOT EVEN TRY THESE PAINTS AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! TRY ANOTHER PAINT SET!!!!

beautiful colors
the colors were beautiful and the paint was fine BUT a couple of the paint brushes fell apart while the girls were painting their sun catchers. the bristles just came out.

would not buy again
i thought for the price they would be good quality paints, but i was wrong. i will never purchase these paints again. too expensive for the bad quality. take a very long time to dry and need like 4 coats to even start to see the color
