Really Fun!
We bought these for VBS, and had ages 5-11 do them. The kids loved making them, and they turned out so cute. It is a little messy with the sand, but that is to be expected.

Hard for me, let alone kids!
I was very disappointed in this item. I bought it to do with kids I babysit, but when I tried to do an example to show them I found it was EXTREMELY difficult to pull of the paper without tearing or lifting of some of the paper of another section. Perhaps this problem was exasperated by the fact that I started with the tiger, so lots of little stripes, but still. Also, I don't think the adhesive was quite sticky enough. I probably won't even try this with the kids due to the frustration it caused me.

Difficult
top papers do not pull off cleanly. Hard for kids.

Disappointed
We've had this kind of thing before and they have been great...but these we can't pull off the paper..very disappointing. :-(

Super cute!
These are really neat for the kids. We had a lot of kids interested in doing this activity. I would suggest having it all set up before you work with a group (we decided to pour the colors of sand into cups so they could re-use it and not just waste it when they were done. The kids had trouble peeling the stickers off, so you will definitely need to have some "adult" hands to help if you are working with a group of younger kids (we had 5-8 year olds). They turned out really well and it took about 30 minutes for them to complete!

Everyone loved them
Bought these for my daughter's birthday party - we had kids ranging from 3 years to 12 years old there. Everyone, kids and adults, loved them. They were fun, easy and not as messy as many other projects I considered. My kids want me to buy more so they can do them at home.

Our patients favorite craft are these sand boards and we order them all the time. For some reason, the adhesive was very poor quality and none were sticky.

Wonderful project
I haven't distributed this item as my daughter's birthday is not for a couple of months, but I can already tell the children will love them. I plan on adding this to their favor bag. Each are individually packaged, making it possible to do that. This will definitely make for an exciting (and possibly messy) party activity.
