Sushi Lampwork Glass Beads - 11mm-15mm
Pretty cute, good price, lots of beads
These sushi beads were cute. They are MUCH cutter in the picture but still cute in person. If you are wanting something that looks exactly like the picture don't get them but if you have a little imagination they are wonderful.

I was a little worried after seeing other reviews saying they were not as pictured, but my sushi beads looked just like the ones online! I love the little rice and roe details; I made the keychain from the project and it turned out great.

Happy but could be improved!
I read reviews before I bought this item and some complained about the size but it is what I expected. I also read some reviews that complained about the quality of some of the sushi and they're sort of right.
While some beads are acceptable in their design others are flawed. The round beads (california roll) were perfect. The black with red dots (forgot the name) was also really good.
The egg, the tuna, the salmon, and the ika could use a bit of quality control to ensure that the seaweed (black line) encompasses the entirety of roll rather than just the top or a part of the roll. I found it hilarious to see the little white extra drops (they are supposed to be rice) scattered precariously on those rolls. In my opinion, those either should be done away with or be thicker to add better effect for the rice.
I still would recommend this product to my friends because it was adorable and I knew what I was getting!
I wish the price was a bit less, but I understand that because it is glass rather than plastic it costs a bit more.
I plan to make these babies into earrings! (as soon as I figure out how to!)

These beads are really cute, and mine definitely looked like sushi.

Usable but NOT as pictured
The beads I received were only similar to that pictured. The roe sushi did look like a disc with blobs of glass placed, then pulled. Some of them had the fish part that looked pocked (looked like pumice stone). These pictured are NOT what you are going to get but they are cute and served their purpose.

I saw these while browsing and they were just too cute - I plan on pairing them with stained glass panels to make cute earring and necklace sets.

Makes you want to go for Sushi
I love these. I know that people were saying that they were horrible. I did not find that. I have received many compliments on these. I made them into necklaces and bracelets. The only drawback is you will want to go out for sushi more!

Great for School Project
My sons kindergarten class is doing a project on Japan. I came across these beads and thought it would be the perfect addition to their display. The teacher was SO excited when I gave them to her, and couldn't wait to log on to Oriental Trading to see what else she could find.
*They are cute, but be careful because they are extremely small.

These were a lot smaller than they look in the picture. The rice looks like tiny white shards stuck onto a white block which didn't really cover it all the way and it's obvious the sushi with the fish eggs are not the same as the one pictured. The one i got is like a red disk with 6 evenly spaced balls stuck off center onto a black disk.
