I really liked the size and durability of the cards and foam pieces. I'm excited about using these and for added durability will laminate the pages. These are perfect for my puzzle loving child!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by ilovemath Not as described. Will be returning
The description said 36 design cards. I assumed there would be 36 DIFFERENT designs as it did not specify that there were 6 different double-sided design cards for a total of only 12 designs. I already have tangrams, so the fact that there are only 12 designs means I will be returning these since the tangrams included are foam and not needed. It would have been nice if the outlines were not on the designs either. The fact that each design shows exactly where each piece goes takes all of the higher order thinking away from the activity. These may be most useful in a pre-k or life skills classroom. For me, they were a bust!

All of the foam shapes are the wrong size and don't fit on the boards correctly. My daughter was getting upset because she couldn't get them all to fit.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by HomeschoolMama Stinky
I bought this to use for homeschooling. Once I opened the bag that they were shipped in, a horrible chemical smell almost knocked me over. I have spread them out to try to air them out but the pattern sheets reek and gave me a headache. Have not actually tried them out on my girls yet because I am hoping for the stench to go away.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by MominLasVegas Great Item! Except there are only 36 Tangrams total, NOT 42.
Really great item and reasonable price. However, just know that there are not 42 tangrams as listed in the title. There are only 36 total- 6 sets per color. I printed up additional tangram templates/answers (available online by googling) and packaged each puzzle and template sheet into individual pint-sized ziploc bags to give to my son's classmates to celebrate Chinese New Year.
