It's a banner When my order first arrived, two of the three tapes I ordered were perfect. One of the tapes had a slit in the corner of the tape so every 3 inches there was a rip in the tape. Called customer service and it was replaced in less than a week. I'm looking forward to using these to decorate my backyard BBQ reception! October 2, 2011

Not a tape I purchased quite a few of these with the impression that it was a tape so that I could just stick around the edges of the tables @ the reception. However there is no sticky material on the back of these. Everyone that is calling it a tape in their reviews are misleading others. I do plan on keeping them and using them,however I will have to use double-sided tape to get them to stick to the tableclothes around the tables. August 25, 2010
