Wooden Nativity Ornament Craft Kit
Harder To Assemble Than I Thought They Would Be
I bought these as a "less than perfect" item so I expected a few problems. But I had one not mentioned in the item description - two of my kits were missing stars and there aren't any stars in the "replacement parts" baggie. So I will have to dig for small wooden starts in my stash.
They were also much harder to put together than I expected. I am probably not going to be able to use these for the purpose I bought them for. So I will need to come up with another use or pre-assemble a lot of the craft (this however defeats my purpose of giving the kids a "total crafting experience".
For Baby Jesus I cut two strips from the white cloth and then wrapped Him with the wide strip first and secured it with glue dots. Then I used the two narrow strips to make swaddling clothes".
Overall, would recommend this for adults and older children. Once again I'd suggest that OT put an age recommendation on their craft kits.
