Santa was a hit!
My husband wore this suit yesterday for a benefit to collect toys for children. All the children loved him. Yes there is a red lining that doesn't match but it didn't show. The belt did rip and wasn't constructed real well. I will just find another belt. Compared to other suits I've seen this one is really good for the money. This isn't a suit worn by department store's santas but it was worth the money paid. You get all the needed items. I was pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for a quality suit worn by store santas you need to shop somewhere else and plan to spend a few hundred dollars. My husband will wear this suit again on Christmas Eve for the grandchildren and I know they will have a wonderful time.

Lookin' Good Santa!
I was worried about sizing but found that the adult regular sizing was fine. The XL would have been too large.
The suit was plush and looked fabulous and did us proud.
The suit was, however, very hot for "indoor" use and Santa was wringing wet after his appearance. I sent the suit off to the cleaners afterwards and it came back with the polyester lining shredded at the seams. So I simply cut it out and I think that Santa will be a tad cooler next year.... The plush fabric can now breathe.
The free beard that was offered with the suit was much nicer than we expected and certainly was a bonus.
Overall we were VERY pleased with the suit. Both kids and adults were delighted at the party and I'd definitely recommend the suit even with the lining difficulties.
I couldn't have made the suit from scratch for the price we paid. Thanks Oriental Trading!

Definitely Not Red
The suit is beautiful if you think Santa should wear maroon. It is good quality for the price though. But your Santa can not be a very big man because the pants are not very large or very long.

Impressed with the quality I received for the price I paid
I bought this suit for one of the residents to wear at the Christmas party held at the group home where I work. The employees all had fun posing with it on and the residents were all tickled pink.
I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it after the one use but everyone was so happy with how it looked I am booking dates that they want to use it.
The size was perfect. Most everyone was able to wear it. It was soft to the touch and just overall was good looking.
I do believe that with all the request to borrow it won't take long and I will have to replace the belt and wig but still worth the investment.

Not up to standards
This suit was tight and did not offer freedom of movement. Also did not look quite right. Had to order a differnt one to satisfy requirements.

Not bad but..
The suit isn't bad, however, it is a wine color, not red and the pants are on the small size so we had to rip the pants for Santa to fit into. I'm not talking about padding for the stomach either.

Great buy!
I bought this costume for my husband to go with my Mrs. Claus costume I purchased. It is fantastic. He's 5'8" so if you are taller than 5' 11" I'd say this would be too short, as it fit his height perfectly. We looked wonderful.

Nice for the most part
It is well made and the inclusion of the glasses and pipe makes it above the rest...the only problem is the color. It is more of a wine color. One of the children commented that santa was wearing 'purple'.

SANTA SUIT
THE SUIT WAS COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO WEAR.. FOR ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE.

Santa suit
This suit was good. If you have a bigger waist than 42 it will be very snug fit for pants. The boot covers fit well over my size 12 riding boots. The zipper shows but a quick brush over made it less noticable. Lots of comments on how well the suit looked in color and material. Went over well with the church event. It came complete with a real corn cob pipe.
