I would not recommend This is the worst craft project I have purchased on OTC. The instructions say to glue all those pieces on! The only glue I know that will hold pipe cleaners on a cup is hot glue and I am not letting my 4 year old use that. We made due with double sided tape. They look fine and that worked but I have purchased many other crafts here that were alot better. February 7, 2012
