What lights are available that should be used to light these? Do you sell the light's or recommending any in particular? What items would be necessary to hang these indoors? Are corded pendant lights possible, with these as a lampshade?
Wish I had seen your query sooner. Where we are, the only light fixture in even a 'good' apartment is a fluorescent bulb hanging down pendant style, no shade. However, it's suspended by a piece of conduit and not a flexible cord. Unless you live in a hermetically sealed environment, you will have to change these every so often because of dust. We currently use them in the dining room, sitting room, hall and bedrooms. While they are beautiful, they are paper -so it would be *very* UNwise to use these with a regular incandescent bulb. Fluorescents put out virtually no heat. Because our pendants are hanging from conduit, I put a piece of the kids play-doh on the conduit to fix the hanger (which will also need bent to accommodate the fixture. . Good luck ! With so many styles and colours to choose from, it would be easy to find seasonal (and unique) light shades !
