Not Bad I bought the mugs as a favor for a destination wedding. I don't plan to use those inserts (I'll be making my own), but they came whole and not cracked or anything. Keep in mind these aren't going to be nice expensive mugs, but I think they'll work for a week on the beach. October 29, 2012

Good giveaway I purchased these to personalize and use as prizes for a group trivia contest. They worked well, arrived intact, and were well received. The price was good and the shipping was fast. They are kind of cheap mugs, but I think they will hold up. My only concern was that the description says the mugs include blank paper inserts that can be personalized. In reality, they come with the insert showing the welcome graphic on the website. We were able to hastily revise our plan, but it was not expected. May 14, 2012
