BEST ANSWER: They would not work with foam.
We would need 10,000 stickers.
Dont know if you can help here if not perhaps I will have to get an attorney. What do you think.

BEST ANSWER: I am not an attorney, but here is my thought on the question. Yes, they are copyrighted. But, if I understand correctly, you are not planning to "reproduce" these stickers - you just want to purchase them and re-sell them. If you buy a book in the bookstore, the law prohibits you from reproducing or printing portions of it and then selling them. But there is nothing to prevent you from re-selling it in a garage sale or to a book buyer. So, if you're buying them to decorate something you're going to turn around and sell, well, it's done every day.
