Can the crosses be taken off of the necklace and do they fit inside small Easter eggs?

BEST ANSWER: The cord is strung through a small hole in the top of the cross. You would need to cut the cord if you want to remove the cross and place it inside Easter eggs. I suggest leaving the cords on because they have a break-away clasp that pops open if it gets caught on something. It's a great safety feature.
