BEST ANSWER: It could work on a pie making pumpkin, not on mini pumpkins. The scarecrow is about 7 inches high, when put together, and the little crow sits slightly higher, dependant upon where you stick the word "Happy"
Your description says it makes 12 faces. Is that 12 each face?
