Very festive!
These flowers are so festive! They took quite awhile to set up - there are many layers of tissue paper and each one (or for speed, several at a time) needs to be lifted and crumpled into shape. Once they’re up, they are so pretty! Well worth the decorative value.

Why are there no directions?

BEST ANSWER: It was odd that there were no directions. You just have to gently start scrunching the tissue paper. On a few the paper seperated from the cardboard backing, but I was able to fix it by using a paper brad.
Do they have stems to place in wine bottles?
