Despite the clarity of the image as pictured on the order page these banners arrived pixelated, blurry, and discolored The vinyl was thin and the edges were not sealed so some frayed. I would not spend money on these again even though the cost was reasonable. These are an example of “ you get what you pay for”

Cool Banner
I love this banner! My only complaint is that my pictures are blurry. I ordered 3 different banners and they all are. I wish you had a warning ⚠️ if the resolution wasn’t high enough. Most websites do, so I just assumed my pictures were fine or I would have been notified. Unfortunately, there is nothing. That can be done now, but hopefully this can be fixed for future purchases. The banner is a really cool for athletes!

Question regarding the text fields: 2 of the fields are limited to 18 characters, and 1 allows 24 characters. It seems like the 24 character field should be linked to the vertical field for player name, and the two 18 character fields should be the horizontal text fields at the top and bottom of the banner. However, the vertical name field is currently set as one of the 18 character fields. Can that be changed? We have players with hyphenated last names whose names are longer than 18 characters?
