Product description reads 'One size fits most adults', but picture shown is of a child wearing the hat. Are these intended for children or adults?

BEST ANSWER: The circumference of the inside of the hat is 24 inches which will fit most adults but measuring around the head would tell you if a specific adult could where it. Most children's hats are 20-22 inches.
