Personalization program problems
Wanted to do some custom/personalized buttons, but couldn't get rid of the sample design info on button. Sample info kept showing up as part of my button. Could not figure out how to get a "clear" button to get only my design on button. Very frustrating. Kept using the "clear personalization" command, but nothing changed.

Poor quality
First, to order these pins was horrible! I had to change several pictures since the website did not let me adjust the picture. Second, when I received them: the writing was not centered, the picture was blurry and overall terrible product. I ordered these same pins a few years back and followed the exact same procedure. Once I called to get them redone Oriental Trading refused and refunded me. Never again

Beautiful buttons
These buttons were bigger than I expected. Great size. They were decorated beautifully with the snowflake logo I chose. My only con was that I couldn’t make the font bigger. I chose the biggest I could find but I wish it was bigger. Could have been user error, but I couldn’t find anywhere to change the font size. But it’s a great value. I almost bought from another company which was way more expensive and the buttons weren’t as big. So oriental trading gave a great value. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Button quality is amazing! However, the buttons were printed upside down. If put on the correct way with the pin on the top of the jacket, the writing is upside down. Overall, a good product with an unfortunate printing error.

  • BEST ANSWER: Once the image is uploaded, you should be able to use the arrows to position the image. If that specific image will not center, you may need to use a different image.

Is there a plastic overlay that protects the picture or is it a metal pin that you just place the photo sticker on?

  • BEST ANSWER: If the image does not fill up the entire area or you use a clipart image, the background color will fill in the void space behind the image.

  • BEST ANSWER: Once the image is uploaded on the personalize it tab, you should see a preview. You could also see a Preview it button where you can click if it looks accurate so you can place it in your shopping cart. Only a single picture upload can be used per unit.
