What is the difference between these and the bright badge holders #13903103? Do these clasps work?

BEST ANSWER: This item number 13903103 is less than perfect so the clasps do not work. The one shown here 24/992 are in working condition.

Along with the purchase of the lanyard and badge holders can I also purchase just he badge holder in packs for extra back up in case one breaks off?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, it is. The breakaway part did not come apart very easily, though. They stayed together well, but seemed safe for children.
Do you sell the paper inserts separately? What size do the paper inserts need to be to fit properly?
