Does the Job
I purchased this for a surprise Luau-themed birthday party. The torches arrived nicely packaged and in a timely fashion. However, please read the description carefully. Each torch is only 32", extremely short if you are planning to use it to create a dramatic entrance or lined pathway. I was only intending to use it on a table top to mount a birthday banner (one torch on each side, flanking the banner). I knew it was going to be short based on the website's description. Even then, it was still too short for what I had planned, despite wanting to mount the torches onto a sandbag-filled prop to give it extra height. I probably would have been better off purchasing a 4-ft torch. It is a great price for what it is, so if you don't mind the height and just want a lit pathway or something to keep the bugs at bay for an outdoor soiree, this will do the job.

Needs more shells.
My order of these torches was lacking shells. Some of the shells had come loose during shipment and when I attempted to replace them, using a hot glue guy, I found that there were not enough shells to complete all of the torches. So after scavengering some of the other torches I managed to have 11 of 12 complete with shells. One torch has no shells. I believe packaging each torch with paper around the shells would have solved this problem.

WILL RECEIVE 3 TORCHES IN SET 32" TALL - TOP 7" CIRCUMFERENCE TO REFILL-BLACK SCREW OFF CAP ON TOP WHERE WICK IS OIL REFILL: LOCAL GARDEN CENTERS HOLDS APPROX 4 OZ OF OIL. NO INFO ON BURN TIME. IT WOULD DEPEND ON THE AMOUNT OF OIL IS IN HOLDER TORCHES: MOSTLY HOLLOW WITH NOTCHES FILLING IN AT THE JOINTS OF BAMBOO
