I ordered multiple cutouts to stand in for family members unable to attend my brother’s wedding, which was drastically altered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These were super fun for pictures, and I was surprised with how good the quality was given that they were significantly cheaper than other life size cutouts I found online. They also fold up so transporting them was pretty simple. Overall, love them!

Cardboard cutout
This is my first time ordering a custom cutout cardboard so I don’t have another to compare to but I was a bit disappointed that the colors weren’t as saturated or vivid as I would have liked. I don’t know if that’s the way it is because it’s printed in cardboard. The clarity of the photo was good and size was correct. Order was easy and shipping was as promised.

  • BEST ANSWER: To assemble the stand up place the double sided adhesive sticker on the back of the easel approximately 12" apart. Center the easel on the back and press firmly. Fold out the support stands and fold down on the cardboard notches to lock the stand in place.

how wide are the cutouts? I want one of my job's mascot but everytime I insert the image it says its too wide but there is isn't any dimensions listed for the cutout. What is the width?

Does this require any assembly when received? Can you provide step-by-step instructions here since according to previous comments none are provided with product upon delivery? Thanks.

  • BEST ANSWER: We’re sorry this item did not come with instructions. Hopefully, what we have put together here will help you! Please let us know if you need any further information.” 1. Remove the stand-up from the package 2. Lay the stand-up face down and flat. 3. Remove the included easel and double stick tape (circles). 4. Flatten the easel and fold along the crease a. Lower the half circles and lock them into place. 5. Place the double stick tape on the easel. a. The double stick tape should be placed on the smaller seam that will be applied to the back of the stand-up. 6. Remove the paper coating from each piece of double stick tape. 7. Place easel on the back of the stand-up and press firmly against the double stick tape.

I only want the cut out of the person, not the entire background. Do you photoshop that for me, or do I need to submit the file with the cropping already? Also, is this file size big enough to retain the quality of the person? Please let me know.
