A Waste of Money
I ordered this product for our New Year's Eve celebration. Most items were acceptable, and the noisemakers were outstandingly easy to use. The writing on the platic cups was barely visible, and the hats were very small (which can be seen here, but I did not realize while ordering).

Poor Quality/Assembly
When we open the kit, all 8 of the party hats had come unglued at the seam. I tried to re-glue them, but some of the foil tore as it was still stuck to the old glue. My kids were disappointed because they looked like they would have been really cute.
