How do attach the wheel to the base?

BEST ANSWER: 1. Fold the two stands on the back of the base section standup out for support and fold down the cardboard notches and lock into place. 2. Align the Wheel Section and the Base Section with the Cardboard Circle placed between them. 3. Push the Screw through all three sections from the front of the Wheel Section. Secure the screw by tightening with the Nut from behind.
