Great Welcome Bags
I ordered these to use as welcome bags for my wedding. They were the perfect size for a map, a welcome card, a few snacks, a small water bottle, and a koozie. I ordered stickers from Etsy for the front and they looked lovely.

Do these bags have a matte or glossy finish? I'm wondering is crayons will work well to draw on them.

Do all bags of this type come with handles? And it the measurement of 9" from the top of the handle to the base or is it just the bag size (not including the handles)? I want handles for my baby shower favor bags and I'm wondering if these are the ones. Also is there free shipping?

BEST ANSWER: Yes, if the bag has handles they will be shown in the image. The 9" does not include the handles.
