I do not feel comfortable buying a craft that says "fishers of men"-- and since almost no kid will have ever heard people who fish referred to as "fishers", outside of Sunday school--I certainly never have, in a fairly long life--why not just say "I will show you how to fish for people", which is a perfectly acceptable modern translation? To my ears, "men" are male, and I am sure it is even more true for modern-day children.
This is not the first product I have not bought because you always use the King James translation of the Bible. It is 400 years old. We don't use it in worship. It would at least be nice to have a modern-day option for the rest of us.

BEST ANSWER: The King James version is the only version that can legally be used. All others are copy written. Fishers is a common term for people who fish. Visit a fishing community and you will hear it. It is fishers of men because that's who they were talking to that many years ago. You may choose not to agree with the bible, but better would be to teach children about history, how times have changed, and we should all follow God's teachings not just men. That doesn't mean change the words and it doesn't mean you cannot use the free to use translation.
