Item not worth major price increase.
Well, I like the small size and use in my shop, however much like many OTC products, the price has skyrocketed over ther years. It started going up a year or two ago and just keeps increasing. Considering the amount of damaged trays and sanding time involved, they are no longer worth the price. I used to not even complain about the damaged ones in my order, because of the low price, but with five cracked/ broken in last order, plus increase in price, I will need to call about replacements.

Boy-friendly and versatile!
I ordered these trays for a 4th/5th grade church event, and the kids loved them. We used acrylic paints that took to the wood very well. We also decoupaged with magazine pictures and used stickers for decoration, and the finished products were fantastic. They can be used for coasters, jewelry, change, whatever might need corralling in a tween's room. The boys even liked them, so that gets a win from me!
The only con is that the wood was split and/or splintering on a few of the handles. Order a few more than you need just in case. I will definitely use these again!

Would a 6" x 6" plastic square fit inside the tray? Or are the inner dimensions too small?

BEST ANSWER: The outer dimensions are 6" x 6" x 1". This tray would be too small for the plastic square.
Is there 12 in pack for 19.99 or there 19.99 each?

BEST ANSWER: The size says it's 6" x 6" and would be a bit less on the inside. Only a small dessert plate would fit. To check your plates (or paper plates) a dollar bill is 6" long in case of the missing tape measure. Hope this helps.
