Disappointing.
These yoys did not work well at all. They weren't smooth and didn't go very far. The price was great, but quality was not. I ended up ordering paper yoys from another site that worked WAY better than these-more like the kind I played with as a kid!

I got these a few years ago for my kids to give out to their classmates. The classmates loved them so much, I am doing it again this year. They are simple, yet very fun!

You get what you pay for. They didn’t go far. My students had a blast with them, but I was disappointed. They don’t go far. They moved maybe 2-3 inches.

Fun and affordable
What I expected. Should be fun next Christmas. I plan on using as part of a Christmas game I have not figured out yet-but I will🤔😃

Didn't seem to extend much when kids used them
These peppermint stick yoyos filled a need I had, but they didn't work as I expected. I think they take some "breaking in," and once they're loose, they only extend to about an additional 14 inches for a fraction of a second before retracting back. I guess they're good for "whacking" things, and they make a nice slapping sound when enough force is applied. I've "thrown" mine about 50 times, and it goes back to normal pretty well. I guess I expected them to work better based on the good reviews.

Fun!
These were perfect for my 5th graders. I used them in goodie bags for a holiday gift. Very few knew what they were. I had to show the kids how to loosen them up a bit so that they would work. They are a mini version of the ones I remember playing with as a kid.

Is this the same size and has the same amount of paper as your other Chinese yo yo ? I believe your neon color Chinese yo-yo are on. 71/2 inch stick with 52” paper. How much paper is on this yo-yo and how long is the stick.
