Great Price, Easy to Use
We bought this for a community event and it was so easy to put together and use. We did have it heavily secured with sandbags to hold it in place. We assembled it on a Friday and it lasted until Tuesday -- that's when the balloons started to pop and deflate. Great for an event, especially if you hope to keep it in place for more than one day. Looking forward to using it again.

Not great quality but does the job!
Arch is not that stable on grass. Will have to put sand bags on arch stand to keep stable (wobbles a lot) very light weighted poles; will have to use clear tape to keep the poles connected (kept coming loose / apart).

What is included in this purchase? Are the balloon rings included, where you can connect 4 balloons around? And if so, how many are included?

maybe a silly question: this arch frame was passed down to us and now we need instructions on the best/easiest way to attach the balloons. haven't don

BEST ANSWER: There are various ways you can attach the balloons. You can purchase balloon clips or you can string the balloons on a fishing wire and wrap it around that way. The most common way to attach balloons is to interconnect the necks of the balloons then attach them to the frame. You should be able to use google for directions on how to do this method.
